We are thrilled to announce Igor Krichmar has joined the Felix’s team as our Corporate Executive Culinary Director.
Igor is a culinary legend with a passion for fresh and simple cuisine. Born in Kiev, he draws inspiration from his Ukrainian roots cooking with his grandmother in her kitchen. He pursued his professional training at The Culinary Institute of America and worked in distinguished restaurants across Europe and the United States before arriving in New Orleans. Igor’s impressive experience includes time at the Windsor Court Hotel, where he elevated the culinary and hospitality experience in over seven outlets, and with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, where he honed his craft alongside some of the most talented chefs in the world. Stay tuned for the debut of new premium dishes at Felix’s, which will highlight Igor’s outstanding culinary talent.
